Sell In Style — QT Hotels Two-Night Stay Giveaway

1. Promotion description This promotion (“Promotion“) is a competition to win a two-night stay at a QT Hotel of the winner’s choice, up to the value of $500 AUD (“Prize“), conducted by [SELL IN STYLE PROPERTY STYLING] (ABN 13 669 033 569) of [3/42 WENTWORTH PLACE, BANYO QLD 4014] (“Promoter“).
2. Promotional period Entries open [26/08/2026 12:01am] and close at 11:59pm (AEST) on 28 August 2026 (“Promotional Period“). Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility 3.1 Entry is open only to current employees of RE/MAX (including sales agents, property managers, administration staff and other team members) attending [RMX Conference] on [26/08/2026 – 28/08/2026] (“Eligible Entrants“). 3.2 Entry is not open to employees, contractors or immediate family members of the Promoter. 3.3 Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. 3.4 [The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility by requiring proof of RE/MAX employment, e.g. a valid RE/MAX work email address or employee ID.] 3.5 Only one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be void.
4. How to enter To enter, an Eligible Entrant must, during the Promotional Period: (a) follow the Promoter’s Instagram account @sellinstyle_propertystyling; (b) follow the Instagram account @evochpropertystyling; and (c) complete and submit the entry form at www.sellinstyle.com.au/win, including all mandatory fields. Entrants must satisfy all of the above conditions to be a valid entry. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet these requirements, including where an entrant unfollows either account prior to winner verification.
5. The Prize 5.1 The Prize is one (1) two-night stay at a QT Hotel of the winner’s choice (subject to availability), up to the value of $500 AUD. 5.2 [The Prize will be provided as: (a) a Sell In Style / QT Hotels booking made directly on the winner’s behalf, subject to availability and blackout dates; or (b) a voucher/credit to the value of $500 to be redeemed directly with QT Hotels. 5.3 The Prize does not include flights, transfers, meals, incidentals, or any costs beyond the two-night accommodation up to the stated value. Any cost above $500 is the responsibility of the winner. 5.4 The Prize must be booked and taken by 28/08/2027, subject to hotel availability, and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another person. 5.5 Total prize pool value: up to $500 AUD (inc. GST).
6. Winner selection and notification 6.1 The winner will be selected by random draw on04/09/2026. 6.2 The winner will be notified by email and phone within [2] business days of the draw. 6.3 If a winner cannot be contacted within [5] days, or does not meet the eligibility criteria in clause 3, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner. 6.4 The winner’s first name and RE/MAX office/branch may be announced on the Promoter’s Instagram account, unless the winner requests otherwise.
7. General conditions 7.1 The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding on every person who enters. 7.2 The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or who tampers with the entry process. 7.3 If the Promotion cannot proceed as planned for reasons outside the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion. 7.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. 7.5 The Promoter collects personal information for the purpose of conducting this Promotion, including contacting and verifying the winner. Personal information may also be used for marketing purposes only where the entrant has separately opted in.
