Delivery Drivers - Leaders & Side Hand

At Sell-In-Style we work closely with Real Estate Agents and Home Owners to stage their homes so they can make the sale of that property happen faster and for more. We are passionate about what we do and we’re looking for people who are fired up about doing a great job each and every day to join our thriving, hard working, professional and fun team.

You’ll work closely with our warehouse and stylists to deliver successfully staged homes, that look great, safely and efficiently. You will interact with our customers, so you must be someone who takes pride in your work and our company, has a strong work ethic and loves being part of a team where you’ll belong.

As an experienced removalist this role will be so easy by comparison!! For example as part of our staging, we change out furniture but no fridges, washing machines or super heavy stuff!!! On the flipside we just ask for care being taken, great teamwork (and fun!), focus, speed and professionalism at each property, each day.

As part of our Staging Logistics Team, you’ll play a crucial role in getting the right furniture and decor, loaded, delivered on time and installed efficiently in each home, as well as collecting our stock when the home has been sold successfully and returning it to our warehouse in great shape!

This role requires someone who is highly reliable, and capable of handling logistics challenges with a positive attitude and working well with customers and team to get the job done.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

OPERATIONS  

• Safely transport furniture, decor, and staging materials on time while ensuring proper handling and effective use of all company equipment to maintain safety and prevent damage. 

• Assist in loading and unloading items, ensuring safe and secure handling to prevent damage. 

• Accurately complete daily inventory checks to ensure all necessary items (furniture, 

accessories, and tools) are present. 

• Provide a daily summary report to your line manager on the status of deliveries and 

collections. 

• Check and promptly report any issues or required maintenance of the fleet 

repairs. 

• Ensure the safety of team members at all times, promptly reporting any immediate hazards to management. 

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service, problem-solving skills, and maintain a positive 

attitude when communicating with internal and external stakeholders. 

• Be a well regarded member of our close-knit, passionate, hard working team.

   

Qualifications:  

  • Valid Australian or International driver’s license.  

  • Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.  

  • Previous experience in furniture removal or logistics role (preferred).  

  • Ability to safely lift and move heavy items.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
