Terms & Conditions – $3,500 Home Staging Giveaway
Promoter:
The promoters are Sell in Style Property Styling and Coronis Real Estate Agent Solomon Michael, located at 3/42 Wentworth Place, Banyo QLD 4014.
1. Eligibility
1.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
1.2 Entrants must be Brisbane-based homeowners who intend to sell their property within the next 90 days.
1.3 The prize is only valid for properties located within the Greater Brisbane region. Properties located outside this area are not eligible to redeem the prize.
1.4 To be eligible to claim the prize, the winner must appoint Solomon Michael of Coronis Real Estate as their exclusive listing agent for the sale of their property.
1.5 Employees (and their immediate families) of the promoters and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
2. Promotion Period
2.1 The promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on 5 September 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 5 October 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
2.2 Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
3. How to Enter
3.1 To enter, participants must complete and submit the official entry form provided by the promoters during the Promotion Period.
3.2 Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.
4. Prize
4.1 The prize is a home staging package valued at $3,500 provided by Sell in Style Property Styling.
4.2 The prize includes professional property styling services to the value of $3,500, with inclusions determined at the discretion of Sell in Style Property Styling.
4.3 Redemption of the prize is conditional upon the winner engaging Solomon Michael of Coronis Real Estate as the exclusive listing agent for the sale of their property. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize.
4.4 The prize must be booked and utilised by 30 November 2025, unless otherwise agreed by the promoters.
4.5 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
5. Winner Selection
5.1 The winner will be selected by random draw on 6 October 2025 at the promoter’s offices.
5.2 The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within two (2) business days of the draw.
5.3 The winner’s name may be published on the promoters’ social media channels and/or websites.
6. General Conditions
6.1 The promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including identity, age, homeownership status, and listing arrangement) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
6.2 If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the promoters, at their discretion, reserve the right to substitute the prize (or part of the prize) with a prize of equal value.
6.3 The promoters are not responsible for any late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
6.4 If for any reason the promotion is not capable of running as planned, the promoters reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion.
6.5 Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the promoters are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any entrant as a result of participating in this promotion or accepting the prize.
6.6 Where required by law, the promoters will obtain the relevant permits for trade promotion lotteries in the jurisdictions in which the promotion is conducted.
7. Privacy
7.1 By entering, participants agree that the promoters may collect, use, and disclose their personal information for the purpose of conducting the promotion and for promotional purposes related to Sell in Style Property Styling and Coronis Real Estate.
7.2 Personal information will be handled in accordance with the promoters’ privacy policies.
