Terms & Conditions – Sell in Style x Shannen O’Connor Giveaway

  1. Promoter: This promotion is a collaboration between Sell in Style Property Styling and Shannen O’Connor.

  2. Eligibility:

    • Open to property sellers who list their property for sale with Shannen O’Connor.

    • The property must be vacant at the time of staging.

    • Applies to for-sale residential properties only.

    • The property must be sold on or before 31 December [2025] to qualify.

  3. Prize:

    • 1 x Free Living Area Staging Package provided by Sell in Style.

    • Staging period is limited to 4 weeks.

    • Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

  4. Draw Details:

    • The winner will be selected by random draw on 22 September [2025].

    • Winner will be contacted directly by Shannen O’Connor and/or Sell in Style.

  5. General Conditions:

    • The prize must be redeemed within the agreed campaign timeframe.
